EZ Out Floor Removal, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured company that specializes in quick and thorough removal of several types of flooring. Employing ride-on scrapers and specialized floor prep equipment, we are typically able to reduce tear-out time by aproximately one-half (usually more) when compared with conventional methods. We are large enough to handle any job, yet small enough to provide personalized service.
Specifically, EZ Out provides tear-out of the following flooring types:

In addition, we polish, grind, shot blast, shave and scarify concrete to remove adhesives, flatten it, and provide texture for coatings.
Our employees have been in the flooring business over 35 years, initially specializing in installation. Over those years we saw that the tear-out process is typically very slow and labor-intensive. We found that there is a need in the industry for a company that can accomplish that process in a fraction of the time, with a higher degree of quality. In 2005, we purchased equipment that enables us to do just that. Our significant knowledge of the installation process enables us to identify the best removal methods, ensuring an efficient and thorough job.
